Dancer and Creator Sebastiaan Lefuce instructs this class with his personal philosophy:

''I find power in movement as a way of connecting to myself, to others and to the world around us - It is, to me, something that is beyond words or logic and has a softening effect, that makes the complex seem more possible.''

In a gentle way, accessible to Everyone, we will breathe, move, dream and break free. Together.
